Do I need any prior surfing or board-sport experience to rent?

No experience needed. Each session starts with a short training and safety briefing, and most riders master the basics within minutes

Where can I ride the board? Are there specific zones or restrictions?

You’ll ride in designated safe zones monitored by our team — away from swimmers and boats. Boards are approved for both fresh and salt water

Is there a deposit or special insurance required for rental?

All bookings must be made online and paid in full at least one day before your scheduled session. A short safety waiver will be completed on arrival before your ride begins. Rescheduling is only allowed in the case of bad weather, in which case you’ll receive a 12-month voucher to use your session at a later date. All rides include basic liability insurance for your safety and peace of mind.

What gear is included and what should I bring?

Every rental includes a mandatory life jacket and, in recognized high-risk areas with shark activity, a SharkBanz safety device for extra protection.
Wetsuits and additional safety gear can be rented for extra comfort and chosen protection.
If you already have your own wetsuit, you’re welcome to bring it along and use it during your session

How long does the rental session last and what happens if I fall

You rent the board for one hour, which includes a quick training session, setup, and getting all safety gear in place. This means you’ll have around 45 minutes of actual ride time on the water. If you fall, don’t worry — the board is equipped with a cut-off switch, so it automatically stops and stays close to you for easy recovery.

What is the weight limit or rider size restriction?

Each board can comfortably carry riders up to 100–120 kg.
Riders aged 16 and under will first be evaluated by our guides to determine if they’re capable of handling the board safely on their own. If not, they can still enjoy the experience through a ride along or piggyback ride with an instructor.
